What do you do?
We can handle most tasks involving spreadsheets, so long as it can be reasonably explained within an email. We can also help answer any spreadsheet-related questions you might have.You can think of us as that co-worker who's an Excel wizard, that you can always tap on the shoulder for help!
I need more hours, what can I do?
You can sign up for multiple subscriptions. Each of our plans come with 20 hours per month.
Do any unused hours carry forward into the next month?
Any unused hours expire after a month, at which point you'll receive a new 20 hours. Please note that we bill in 15-minute increments.
How long is the turnaround time for each request?
Depends on the request but we aim to complete them as soon as possible. Most questions can be responded to quickly and most tasks should be completed within a day of submission.
What kind of tasks can I submit?
A few things to ask yourself: can the task be reasonably explained in an email or easily broken up into small tasks? If yes, then your task is probably reasonable. Make sure you include detailed instructions, any source files and examples if you think it would help.
